1. Who we are

2. What data we collect and why

When you submit the "Start free trial" form on our website we collect:

We do not collect sensitive personal data, payment data, or behavioural tracking data via this form.

3. How your data is handled

When you submit the form, your details are delivered to us as a notification email. No database stores your submission — the data lands directly in our private business mailbox and nowhere else within our systems.

Once you are contacted and a decision is reached — either a contract for Equidentity is signed, or you decline — your submission details are deleted from our mailbox. If no response is received within 90 days of your submission, we delete your data at that point.

You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing mathias@keulen.it. We will confirm deletion within 5 business days.

4. Who receives your data

Your submission is transmitted via Resend (Resend Inc., USA), an email delivery service we use as a data processor. Resend receives your name and email address solely to deliver the notification to us. Resend is bound by a Data Processing Agreement and participates in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your personal data with any other third party.
