|---|---|---|
| Your name | To address you personally when we follow up | Art. 6(1)(b) — steps prior to entering a contract at your request |

We do not collect sensitive personal data, payment data, or behavioural tracking data via this form.
3. How your data is handled
When you submit the form, your details are delivered to us as a notification email. No database stores your submission — the data lands directly in our private business mailbox and nowhere else within our systems.
Once you are contacted and a decision is reached — either a contract for Equidentity is signed, or you decline — your submission details are deleted from our mailbox. If no response is received within 90 days of your submission, we delete your data at that point.
You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing mathias@keulen.it. We will confirm deletion within 5 business days.
4. Who receives your data
Your submission is transmitted via Resend (Resend Inc., USA), an email delivery service we use as a data processor. Resend receives your name and email address solely to deliver the notification to us. Resend is bound by a Data Processing Agreement and participates in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your personal data with any other third party.
5. Your rights under GDPR
As a data subject you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Erasure — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
- Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data.
- Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests.
- Restriction — request that we restrict processing in certain circumstances.
To exercise any of these rights, email mathias@keulen.it. We will respond within 30 days.
6. Right to lodge a complaint
If you believe we have handled your data unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / Autorité de protection des données):
